Once the individual accepts the vacancy, it is here that you become their employer and carry out the relevant paperwork and checks with them to allow them to begin on your chosen start date. We will then need you to confirm an appropriate induction and settling in period for the individual and we can look into a suitable date for the trainer to come out to visit you and the apprentice to start the chosen qualification with them.
