Are you 16-18 years old?
Our Traineeship programme gives you the opportunity to develop your skills and gain the work experience that employers require by providing high quality placements alongside on-going training and support.
The programme includes:
- work preparation training which ensures that you have the skills and confidence needed for an apprenticeship or employment;
- maths and English support;
- meaningful and structured work placements.
We offer all this through two choices…
Our engagement programme
This includes workshops and interactive group sessions that aim to help you decide which career you’re most suited to. It will provide you with the confidence and experience needed to gain qualifications and employment.
This programme is part-time with an allowance payable of £30 per week.
Level 1 programme
Includes work placements, community projects and centre-based learning, providing you with the opportunity to then progress on to employment or further learning at a higher level.
This programme is full-time (30-40 hours per week) with an allowance payable of £50 per week.
Both programmes offer learning through:
- a flexible programme, tailored to suit you;
- valuable work placements;
- one-to-one guidance and support;
- qualifications up to level 1.
Many of our trainees have been offered full-time employment and apprenticeships following their Traineeship and have proven to be a real asset to the companies which have employed them. Read some of our success stories here.
